Indiana State Representative, Terre Haute, attempt to pass two bills that could have been legalized:
1. Sports gambling
2. Online fantasy sports, that award cash prizes for contests that complies with the requisite criteria similar to the 2006 Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act ("UIGEA").
Neither of the bill gained traction in the last legislative session. Currently, perhaps it has been inspired by nationwide advertising of industry leaders DraftKings and FanDuel, State Representative Rep.
